This wasn’t a phone that you just happened to purchase on a whim. No, you planned for this phone. As a matter of fact, this is probably the phone that you have been waiting all of your life.
Twiddling the glowing, fragile clitoris which controls your wireless domain, you feel that familiar sense of triumph. The triumph is not the self-satisfying sense of having all your digital capabilities met, but rather a triumph of finding yet another means by which other people can immediately sense how successful you are (without you needing validate anything).
You could have gone with another phone, but with the BlackBerry brand, people will now think that you are using this for work – that you work for a company where you are important enough for them to pay for your Blackberry – that you are important/rich/all-powerful enough to use the new Pearl.
The only drawback is its sexy small size which makes it more convenient to fit in your pocket than to wear on your hip, so now you have to find opportunities to pull it out to show it off. I’m sure that you won’t have a problem in doing so. Again, you PLANNED for this phone.
